A couple of times a year,
District Comics Conspiracy publishes an eclectic collection of cartoons produced by Washington D.C. area cartoonists. The free tabloid-sized newspaper is available at various newsstands, coffee shops, art stores, comics stores, and other places (
Magic Bullet Locator). Number 9 hit the streets in July, so there may be few (if any) copies left on the streets. Therefore, I am sharing my offering for this issue here in this venue.
