Cartoonists Draw Blood Event
'THE WAR ON HALLOWEEN' (below) was originally produced for the Magic Bullet issue 7. To my knowledge, it was the only place where it appeared in its entirety. However, the characters were selected for the "Cartoonists Draw Blood" Red Cross drive campaign. So, if anyone has seen the signs and media coverage around town, this cartoon is from whence it came (presented here as 8 single panels).

A grand time was had at Chez Wuerker where area cartoonists adorned the wall with a chalk mural populated with classic cartoon characters. I did the Yellow Kid (which many feel is the "Father" of cartoon strips in America), Heckle and Jeckle, along with assorted spot drawings.
