This week's toon on the Obstructionist, Do-Nothing Congress
Coincidentally, after drawing this cartoon recent reports on lavish spending by members of congress prompted yesterday's (Thursday, Dec. 12) launching of a bi-partisan bill that would limit taxpayer funded spending on portraits.
